Unmasking Workshop
Pilot at Harris Academy Beckenham

Year 9 students from Harris Academy Beckenham received anonymous messages from their peers and responded to them through the process of making a mask.
The goal was to cultivate empathy by exploring emotional labels.
The outcome was a supportive group identity, more communication skills to discuss mental health and more self-awareness.
